Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Here's the honest, no-fine-print version: some of the links you'll find on Recipe Rewind are affiliate links, and a few of them go to Amazon. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it's one of the ways this site stays free, ad-light, and focused on recipes instead of pop-ups.
As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
Why We Use Affiliate Links
We test these recipes in a real kitchen, with real vintage cookbooks, real oven timers, and occasionally a real minor crisis when a cake decides not to cooperate. Along the way, we rely on specific tools, pans, and ingredients that make old recipes work in a modern kitchen. When we mention a product, it's because we've used it, trust it, or think it genuinely fits the vintage kitchen, dining, or home decor aesthetic we cover here, not because a brand paid for a shoutout.
We only recommend products in two categories:
Tools, pans, ingredients, and equipment that are genuinely helpful for making the recipes we publish.
Vintage-inspired kitchen, dining, and home decor pieces that fit the era or style of the recipe or story we're sharing.
If we haven't tested it, used it, or wouldn't put it in our own kitchen, we don't recommend it. That rule doesn't bend for commission rates.
What This Means for You
When you click an affiliate link on Recipe Rewind and make a purchase, Amazon pays us a small referral fee. This comes directly from Amazon, not from you, and it never changes the price you pay. You're simply choosing to support the site by shopping through a link instead of typing the same product name into a search bar.
We participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to let sites like ours earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. This is currently the only affiliate program we use.
Our Promise to You
We recommend products because they work, not because they pay the most.
Affiliate relationships never influence recipe instructions, testing results, or the historical accuracy of what we publish.
If a product stops performing well or gets discontinued, we update or remove the recommendation.
You'll always be able to make the recipe without buying anything. Affiliate links point to helpful options, never required ones.
Where You'll See These Links
Affiliate links may appear in recipe posts, roundup articles, gift guides, kitchen tool reviews, and vintage decor features. Wherever they show up, they're pointing to something we'd genuinely put on our own counter or table.
